ROLE OVERVIEW:

  • Suggesting effective sales techniques

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • A minimum of 2 years in sales, telemarketing, or sales support roles
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and internet applications
  • Capable of documenting detailed client interactions

PHYSICAL AND MENTAL DEMANDS:

  • Ability to perform under pressure
  • Proficient in using computers and electronic devices
  • Ability to take clear handwritten notes
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Capability to sit for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

  • Office setting with climate control
  • Exposure to artificial lighting and moderate noise levels
  • Potential exposure to typical office hazards
