Job Summary

The Stewardship and Advancement Project Manager is responsible for creating and maintaining a comprehensive stewardship plan for university donors, ensuring recognition and engagement across all constituent groups.

This role will oversee development communication projects, partnering with the Office of Marketing and Communication to create personalized donor appreciation letters, manage donor recognition opportunities, and coordinate the annual Thank-a-Donor Day event.

The ideal candidate will have strong organization, interpersonal, and planning skills, with the ability to work in a team and manage event communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive stewardship plan for university donors
  • Manage development communication projects
  • Coordinate the annual Thank-a-Donor Day event
  • Collaborate with the Office of Marketing and Communication
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Associate's Degree (Bachelor's Degree preferred)
  • 1-3 years of experience in development communications or a related field
  • Strong organization, interpersonal, and planning skills
  • Ability to work in a team and manage event communication
