Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Wound Care Provider to join our healthcare team at Healwell Management LLC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive assessments of patients with wounds, including venipuncture and diagnostic evaluations.
  • Develop and implement individualized wound care plans based on assessment findings.
  • Provide wound care treatments, including dressing changes, debridement, and other procedures at patient's bedside.
  • Monitor and evaluate the progress of wound healing.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to coordinate patient care.
  • Educate patients and their families on wound care techniques and prevention strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
Requirements
  • Active Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner License in Washington and Idaho.
  • 1-3 years of experience as a provider, with training available for new graduates.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in wound care management, with ability to triage patients effectively in emergency situations.
  • Strong communication skills and experience in post-acute care settings, with a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.
