Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Physician Leader to join our team as a Chief Medical Officer. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical operations of our organization, ensuring the highest standards of patient care, and driving strategic initiatives to improve healthcare outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the clinical operations of our organization, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve healthcare outcomes, patient satisfaction, and clinical quality.
  • Collaborate with our leadership team to drive organizational growth, innovation, and excellence.
  • Provide clinical leadership and guidance to our medical staff, ensuring the highest standards of patient care.
  • Develop and manage budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation and financial stewardship.
  • Represent our organization in local, regional, and national healthcare initiatives, promoting our mission and values.
Requirements
  • MD/DO degree or equivalent.
  • Completion of an accredited US residency program.
  • WA license or ability to obtain a WA license.
  • DEA certificate.
  • Board certification in a relevant specialty.
  • Minimum 4 years of clinical experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
