Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Automation Systems Specialist to join our team at Prime Partners. In this role, you will play a vital part in implementing cutting-edge automation technologies across various industries.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of platforms such as Siemens TIA Portal, Allen Bradley, and Rockwell Studio 5000, as well as similar systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • System Commissioning: Lead the startup and verification of PLC and DDC control systems, ensuring reliable performance and smooth integration.
  • Collaborative Problem-Solving: Work closely with engineers, clients, and electrical teams to ensure seamless automation integration.
  • Documentation & Quality Assurance: Maintain accurate, detailed records of system operations and modifications, ensuring all documentation aligns with the project status.
  • On-Site Technical Leadership: Provide guidance to subcontractors, enforce quality control practices, and troubleshoot issues as they arise on-site.
Qualifications
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience working with automation systems, preferably with Siemens TIA Portal, Allen Bradley, or similar platforms.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proven background in PLC installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
  • Specialized Knowledge: Strong understanding of HVAC control theory, electronics, and electrical circuits.
  • Communication & Problem-Solving Skills: Effective communicator with the ability to work independently and proactively address challenges.

Compensation Package
  • The estimated annual salary for this position is $90,000-$120,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
