Automated Door Installation Specialist

A leading manufacturer of entrance automation solutions, ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems US Inc, is seeking an experienced Installation Technician to join their team. As a key member of the installation team, this individual will be responsible for ensuring seamless door automation service delivery to customers.
The ideal candidate will possess strong electro-mechanical aptitude and excellent communication skills. With 3-5 years of direct industry experience in storefront door installation or relevant industry expertise, this professional will thrive in a fast-paced environment where collaboration and problem-solving are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform door installation services according to manufacturers' guidelines and specifications.
- Maintain accurate records of job details, including time spent and any issues encountered.
- Ensure proper inventory management and maintain company vehicles.
- Foster strong relationships with customers, end-users, and contractors through effective communication and professionalism.
- Participate in training programs and remain certified as per AAADM standards.
- Work safely, adhering to regulations and utilizing personal protective equipment when necessary.
- Support inventory management as directed by supervisors.
Requirements and Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required. 3-5 years of direct industry experience in storefront door installation or relevant industry expertise. Strong ability to work cooperatively, communicate effectively both written and orally. Physically capable of lifting up to 100 pounds, working on knees constantly, and safely operating power tools and ladders.
