Job Title: Project Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Architect to join our team at LaBella Associates. As a Project Architect, you will be responsible for leading large project teams, including outside subconsultants, to ensure that all aspects of the project are being met and completed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project teams to deliver high-quality architectural designs and construction documents
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with project requirements
  • Prepare and present project reports and presentations to clients and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
  • Registered Architect in the state of New York (desirable but not required)
  • 6-10+ years of experience in architectural design and project management
  • Prior experience working with NYS OGS and/or other government agencies (desirable but not required)
  • Strong technical design and construction document skills
  • Well-developed project design and planning skills
  • Excellent graphic presentation skills
  • CAD experience (AutoCAD and Revit)
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Project)
