Job Description

We are seeking a licensed architect with project management experience and an entrepreneurial spirit. The ideal candidate will have great leadership and people management skills, and a proven proficiency in the Lead Architect role.

The successful candidate will thrive in creating systems, processes, and procedures that foster synergy between design and construction. They will enjoy listening to and understanding clients' needs and be able to articulate what they want and need. They will be responsible for taking full ownership of projects and ensuring they are completed to the highest standard.

Requirements
  • Licensed Architect with minimum 7 years experience as project architect
  • Minimum 3 years experience using Revit; very comfortable with digital tools
  • Construction management experience is a plus, but not required
  • Candidates are expected to live in the Boston area (or willing to relocate) as the position requires full-time in-person employment along with project site visits
  • Cover letter, resume, and portfolio required
