This role requires a minimum of 5 years' experience managing a veterinary clinic, with a Certificate in Veterinary Practice Management and Veterinary Technician license preferred.

As a key member of the medical team, the Shelter Clinic Manager will focus on implementing industry best practices to reduce shelter pets' length of stay and ensure high-level customer service, both internally and externally.

Responsibilities include assessing operational effectiveness, implementing standard operating procedures, and collaborating with the Medical Director to drive the highest quality of veterinary care.

Must pass a background check and drug screen.
