Veterinary Clinic Receptionist

Join our team at Lovell Animal Hospital, a leading provider of veterinary care, as a Client Service Representative. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all patients and their owners.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage practice reception, including greeting clients, answering phone calls, and handling administrative tasks.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and patient records, including medical history and treatment plans.
- Process payments, schedule appointments, and handle cash and credit transactions.
- Assist with updating client correspondence, sending reminders, and conducting re-calls.
- Perform regular backups of the computer system and oversee daily business operations.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; previous veterinary experience preferred.
- Ability to work weekends as required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional client satisfaction.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
