Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 based on experience
We are seeking a skilled Administrative Coordinator/Financial Clerk to become a vital part of our organization. The successful candidate will manage a range of responsibilities including payroll administration, managing accounts receivable and payable, invoicing, and overseeing contract documentation. Excellent communication abilities and prior experience in the construction sector are highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:- Conducting weekly payroll processing
- Managing accounts receivable and payable
- Overseeing contract documentation
- Assisting with information requests
- Performing human resources duties
- Delivering customer service support
- Managing documentation
- Providing administrative assistance as required
- Bachelor's degree is preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a comparable position
- Experience in payroll processing
- Familiarity with Sage software is advantageous
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
