Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of specific construction projects from inception to completion.
2. Supervise and coordinate construction teams and subcontractors to uphold performance standards, quality, budget adherence, and safety protocols.
3. Conduct thorough project reviews to schedule deliverables and assess costs.
4. Ensure compliance with all legal requirements, building codes, safety inspections, and local regulations.
5. Prepare and present budget estimates, progress reports, and cost tracking documentation.
6. Develop detailed project plans for client and team communication.
7. Implement risk management strategies to mitigate project risks.
8. Analyze construction methodologies and evaluate cost-effectiveness.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a project coordination role within the construction sector.
3. Proven track record in managing water, sewer, and paving projects.
4. In-depth knowledge of construction materials, processes, and equipment.
5. Proficient in interpreting blueprints, structural drawings, and project plans.
6. Strong understanding of risk management practices.
7. Extensive experience in budget management for construction initiatives.
8. Familiarity with construction project management software.
9. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
10. Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a collaborative approach.
11. Professional Engineering (PE) license is advantageous.
12. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.

14. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
