Key Responsibilities:
  • Craft and produce captivating visual materials for digital and e-commerce campaigns, including website banners, landing pages, email communications, and social media graphics.
  • Assist in the design of print materials such as promotional mailers, booklets, and out-of-home advertising as required.
  • Maintain brand consistency and visual identity across all design endeavors.
  • Collaborate with various teams to address design requirements and provide innovative solutions.
  • Work alongside the Junior Art Director and fellow designers to bring creative concepts to life for promotional series, seasonal campaigns, and brand projects.
  • Ensure timely delivery of all design projects.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends in design.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related discipline.
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in graphic design, ideally within the fashion sector or a related field.
  • A strong online portfolio showcasing technical design skills and creative thought.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Google Workspace, and other relevant design tools.
  • Experience with project management software (Asana, Wrike).
  • Solid understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and composition.
  • Basic knowledge of animation principles.
  • A demonstrated portfolio reflecting a variety of design projects across both digital and print formats.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for creativity and innovation.

Salary Range:
The annual base salary for this position ranges from $75,000 to $80,000, with offers expected to align within this range based on role complexity, experience, expertise, location, and other relevant factors.
