Financial Analyst Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate Financial Analyst to join our Global Commercial Finance Team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing relationships with key constituents across global markets and demonstrating business ownership of the trade spend management tool.
Key Responsibilities:- Consolidate insights and process reporting requirements of Global Sales and Finance teams and develop standard practices.
- Work closely with global Finance and Sales teams to develop and support a Trade Promotion Management (TPM) system.
- Provide power-user ongoing support to current end users, including first point of contact for Regional Power Users, triage and manage platform support inbox, and manage issue resolution with third-party developers and internal SMEs.
- Ensure Global tool adoption across existing and new users.
- Partner with Commercial Finance and Technology teams to support data validation, analysis, and visualization within Salesforce and Tableau platforms.
- Identify and evaluate opportunities for platform and process enhancements.
- Perform financial analyses, including trend analysis, what-if scenarios, and customer Gross to Net.
- Analyze ROI effectiveness on key account promotional programs.
- BA/BS Finance or Accounting or related preferred.
- 1-3+ years work experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with all levels of management, internal and external.
- Experience with Salesforce platform preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload.
- High degree of initiative, drive, confidence, and resilience.
- Professional presence that is adaptable and teamwork-oriented.
