About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Relationship Manager to join our team at Ballston Spa National Bank. As a key member of our branch team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client services and operational leadership to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide primary service to clients, reviewing their product needs and making referrals to other lines of business to meet branch goals.
  • Facilitate complex banking transactions and identify opportunities to expand existing customer relationships.
  • Meet established branch sales goals and provide leadership through coaching, training, and mentoring of branch staff.
  • Create a positive working environment with a focus on customer service and team development.
  • Participate in community activities to network with clients and potential clients.
  • Ensure compliance with all laws and regulations governing financial institutions.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An Associate's degree in business or a related field, with a Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Two to three years' experience in banking or a related management position, with additional supervisory experience preferred.
  • Proven sales and leadership abilities, with demonstrated organizational skills.
  • Computer proficiency.
