Position Overview

We seek a Senior-Level Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead, organize, manage, and execute Mechanical Engineering work within our project portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Portfolio and Project Management: Oversee project portfolios, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery while maintaining the highest quality standards.
  • Client Facing: Drive business growth by cultivating strong client relationships and identifying opportunities for expansion within the Northeast region.
  • Production and Innovation: Lead the innovative design of HVAC, HVAC controls, chillers, boilers, water distribution, ductwork, plumbing, and fire protection systems for clients, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulations.
  • Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to junior department members, fostering their professional growth and development.

Requirements

  • Strategic Vision: Demonstrate a consultant mindset, capable of understanding and navigating the broader strategic landscape.
  • Experience: Possess 8+ years of Mechanical Engineering experience, with a focus on air handling and distribution systems, ventilation/exhaust, hydronic systems, building controls, and process piping.
  • Industry Knowledge: Solid knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and codes governing Mechanical Engineering practices.
  • Education: Hold a BS in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited 4-year institution.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit, with strong skills in MS Office.
  • Autonomy: Ability to work independently, hybrid work environment with minimal supervision, demonstrating initiative and accountability.
  • Licensure: PE license is highly desired but not required.
