Job Description

Job Title: Relationship Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Relationship Manager to support our Financial Advisor team in developing and enhancing existing client relationships. As a key point of contact, you will be responsible for serving clients on non-administrative requests, supporting relationship management activities, and developing a client service model.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Track client actions and activities to ensure high-level client service
  • Attend client review meetings to assist with relationship deepening conversations
  • Execute the team service model, engaging with specialists to address client needs
  • Manage client relationship process, including onboarding and resolving escalations
  • Assist Financial Advisors and Senior Business Managers in developing and monitoring client book segmentation strategy

Requirements:

  • Either Series 7 and 66 licenses or Series 7, 63, and 65 licenses
  • Safe Act Registration
  • Individuals in this role must maintain a Form ADV-2B
  • Obtain and/or maintain at least one firm-approved designation
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Thorough knowledge of Wealth Management products and services
