Job Summary

The Relationship Manager is a key role at How To MANAGE a Small Law Firm, responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our Members. This position requires exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Member File Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of Member interactions, including call notes, emails, and other correspondence.
  • New Member Onboarding: Conduct regular check-in calls with new Members to ensure they are aware of our services and have access to the necessary resources.
  • Regular Check-Ins: Schedule bi-monthly calls with Members to assess their needs, address concerns, and provide solutions.
  • Collaboration with Advisors: Work closely with our Advisors to ensure Members receive the support they need to achieve their business goals.
  • Resource Provision: Provide Members with access to relevant resources, including workshops, webinars, and other training materials.
  • Communication: Maintain open and transparent communication with Members, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Superior Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with Members, Advisors, and other stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Customer Service Skills: Ability to provide exceptional customer service and support to Members.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
