With a workforce exceeding 500 employees and over 50 owner-operated locations across 16 states and Canada, our network comprises both retail outlets and distribution centers. Established in 1969, NPW has expanded significantly through a blend of strategic acquisitions and organic growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Possess a minimum of one (1) year of experience in inside sales or customer service.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the automotive sector.
  • Exhibit exceptional customer service and communication abilities.
  • Maintain excellent telephone etiquette.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is advantageous.
  • Display a positive and professional demeanor.
  • Address customer inquiries through various channels including web, email, and phone.
  • Ensure timely processing of customer orders in alignment with established Service Level Agreements.
  • Develop new accounts through client referrals or proactive outreach to potential customers.
  • Provide accurate quotes and order details to clients.
  • Showcase product knowledge effectively.
  • Offer technical support, troubleshoot issues, and propose solutions to customer challenges.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Warehouse Manager.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to occasionally lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
  • Consistently lift or carry 10-20 lbs.
