Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

The Oncology Clinical Trials Supervisor (OCTS) will serve as the project lead for comprehensive clinical trials, some of which may have a global reach. This role will involve direct interaction with sponsors and oversight of project timelines and deliverables. The OCTS will coordinate all contracted services for the study and lead a team of Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) and project coordinators.

  • Oversee and ensure accountability for daily project operations, adhering to contractual obligations and compliance with ICH/GCP and relevant regulations;
  • Act as the primary contact for sponsors regarding operational project-specific matters and study deliverables;
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the study protocol, therapeutic area, and specific indications;
  • Provide cross-functional leadership to internal project team members, ensuring all necessary training is conducted;
  • Review and contribute to the study protocol, edit check specifications, data analysis plan, and final study report as needed;
  • Develop and implement operational project plans;
  • Conduct risk assessments and manage execution strategies;
  • Oversee study vendors as required;
  • Ensure quality and monitoring standards are met at study sites.
Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor’s degree or higher in a health or life sciences discipline;
  • A minimum of two years of experience in clinical trial management within the Asia Pacific region, with relevant indications being advantageous;
  • Prior experience with a Contract Research Organization (CRO) is preferred;
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English;
  • Ability to adapt, take responsibility, and thrive in a global work environment.
