About the Role

Sarah is seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team and contribute to the development and implementation of family-centered early intervention programs. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality services that promote positive outcomes for children and families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluation and Assessment: Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of children and families to inform the development of individualized curriculums and Intervention First Plans (IFSPs) that meet their unique needs.
  • Curriculum Development and Implementation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement curriculums and IFSPs that align with state standards and promote desired outcomes.
  • Record Keeping and Compliance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in accordance with applicable regulations and company policies.
  • Service Coordination: Ensure that Early Intervention services achieve desired outcomes for families and children served, and meet the standards established by the state's quality assurance team.
Requirements
  • Licensure: Valid behavior analyst license in the state of CT.
  • Driver's License: Must have a valid United States driver's license with an acceptable driving history.
  • Technology and Transportation: Must have internet access, cell phone, and reliable transportation.
