Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary, with a range of $65,000 to $85,000 per year, as well as quarterly incentives and profit-sharing opportunities You'll also enjoy ample benefits, including company-sponsored health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with match, paid holidays, paid time off, and professional licensure reimbursement

Job Responsibilities

As a Developmental Therapist with KIDSTEPS, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with children and families to assess their needs and develop personalized curriculums and Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) Your responsibilities will include:

  • Evaluating and assessing children and families to identify their unique developmental needs and create tailored IFSPs
  • Developing and implementing curriculums that meet the individual needs of young children and their families
  • Completing and maintaining accurate records in accordance with applicable regulations
  • Coordinating Early Intervention services to ensure desired outcomes for families and children served

Requirements

We're looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a related field, preferably a Master's degree Experience in children and family services, particularly in Early Intervention, is essential You must also possess a valid teaching certificate from the Connecticut State Department of Education in endorsements #112, #113, #065, or #165 A valid United States driver's license with an acceptable driving history is required, as well as internet access, a cell phone, and reliable transportation
