Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, candidates must demonstrate a commitment to community wellness and possess strong communication skills. A high school diploma and a minimum of two years of experience in leading group fitness programs are required. Candidates should also have relevant certifications in CPR/AED and specific fitness disciplines.
Physical Requirements: The role requires frequent physical activity, including lifting and moving equipment, as well as the ability to engage with participants effectively.
Work Environment: The position may involve working in various conditions, including outdoor settings, and requires adaptability to moderate noise levels.
