We are looking for a Supply Chain Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in enhancing our Supply Chain and Commercial functions, with a particular emphasis on the Order to Cash workflow. Your contributions will drive ongoing improvements in processes and technologies, ultimately simplifying the user experience and effectively supporting our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform research and analysis to uncover optimal solutions for business challenges.
- Document and comprehend intricate business processes and functional requirements.
- Assist the technical team in formulating specifications.
- Design, configure, test, implement, and maintain SAP ECC and APO Supply Chain Management modules, as well as solutions on Salesforce and AspenTech platforms.
- Create flowcharts and decision diagrams for business processes.
- Facilitate communication to clarify requirements or address technical limitations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of products or projects.
- Engage with internal product teams, vendors, and business partners to resolve issues throughout the order to cash process.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on root cause analysis, automation, and system optimization.
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with SAP APO (e.g., DP, SNP, PP/DS, CIF integrations).
- Proven experience in identifying and implementing process enhancements.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a production environment.
- Experience in collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong proficiency in root cause analysis (RCA).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an Analyst, Product Analyst, or Business Systems Analyst.
- Familiarity with SAP BW.
- Experience managing IT/software projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, and agile/iterative deliverables.
