Your Key Responsibilities:




  • Prospect and develop new business opportunities to grow our overall brand presence




  • Meet with local decision-makers to understand their business needs and goals, and advise clients on our comprehensive product mix, including digital ads, search, social, email, video, mobile, and print solutions




  • Collaborate with colleagues to design custom advertising solutions and marketing campaigns tailored to clients' needs, and close new business




  • Present solutions to clients, working collaboratively to achieve the product mix aligned to their goals




  • Build strong relationships with clients for retention and upselling




  • Review campaign results, learn from data, and celebrate successes




  • Work with our advertising fulfillment team to provide performance data insights for each client campaign




  • Organize your day by prioritizing sales activities to continuously build your pipeline, and work under deadlines




  • Utilize your self-motivation and resilience to persevere through the cold-calling process




Requirements:




  • Bachelor's degree or a combination of education with related experience




  • Experience in digital advertising is preferred




  • Proven success in increasing sales, meeting and exceeding quotas in a competitive marketplace, and business development of top-tier clients using a solution-based selling approach




  • Ability to control the sales process both virtually and in person




  • Skills to effectively negotiate and close sales with our products




  • Creative mindset to break down barriers and overcome objections




  • Excellent communication skills - to write, create, and deliver compelling presentations, with a polished demeanor




  • Familiarity with CRM sales management software experience, ideally SalesForce (we'll provide training)




  • Solid skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in PowerPoint & Excel to create presentations and review data
