Job Title: Data Management Solutions Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Management Solutions Consultant to join our team at TEPHRA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering data management solutions to our clients in the manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in customer-facing meetings to discuss solution requirements and provide expert advice on data management best practices.
  • Develop business requirements for data integration, modeling, governance, quality, and other aspects of data management.
  • Leverage industry experience and data domain knowledge to develop best practices and program artifacts.
  • Interface with onshore and offshore development resources to share knowledge of client requirements.
  • Develop solutions and assets for forthcoming and in-flight projects under the direction of project and program managers.
  • Develop use cases and guide technical teams for POC/solution development, test case designs, and certify solutions before handing over to customers.
Qualifications:
  • 6-10 years of increasing experience in data management, with 4-6 years of experience in MDM and 2-3 years of experience in project management.
  • Exposure to the manufacturing industry, with a strong understanding of data management concepts, including data governance, data profiling, data quality and cleansing, master data management, security, metadata, and integration.
  • Experience with MDM tools, such as IBM, SAP, Informatica, Microsoft, Oracle, or Stibo, with development experience a plus.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate with business stakeholders at all levels.

  • Clear understanding of data management concepts and integration with data management frameworks in large organizations.
  • High ability to communicate with business stakeholders at all levels.
  • Technical and functional documentation skills, with experience in Word and PowerPoint.
