About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Solution Consultant to join our team at Deluxe Corporation. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in helping us grow our TRIPS products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide solution and technical sales support to our sales team for Content Services Solutions.
  • Engage with prospects to understand their priority needs and customize demonstrations and presentations based on the value proposition.
  • Assist sales representatives and configurations in creating solution proposals for prospects.
  • Create and maintain presentations and demonstrations for content services offerings based on Deluxe's value proposition and competitive advantages.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computers, Sales and Marketing, or related field, and 3 years of experience, or HS/GED and 7 years of experience in sales or sales support role.
  • Experience working with Financial Institutions on the utilization of enterprise content management capabilities to automate legacy processes in lending, treasury, retail, and other areas.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience with Hyland Onbase products, back office software solutions, or TRIPS, or 7+ years in Content Services industry.
  • Also seeking 5+ years of experience in sales or sales support role.
  • Builds rapport with clients, team members, and leadership.
  • Understands the client's needs and offers a solution by matching product features and benefits to their pain points.
  • Takes a consultative approach and puts customer's needs first.
  • Is able to find leads and build a strong pipeline.
  • Takes accountability for their actions, progress, and results.
