Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join our team at Timothy Jon & Associates. As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in managing and expanding client relationships across both segments of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client interactions and track sales activities using CRM tools.
  • Proactively connect with existing customers to assess and meet their needs.
  • Identify and convert potential clients through targeted outreach campaigns.
  • Maintain and strengthen client relationships by addressing any issues promptly.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
  • Meet and exceed sales goals through effective management of current accounts and acquisition of new business.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in account management or sales, ideally in a B2B environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, particularly HubSpot, is preferred.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate across multiple departments.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills to handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
