Job Title: Hub Coordinator

AutoZone is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Hub Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hub, including managing inventory, coordinating logistics, and supervising a team of Hub Specialists, Order Pullers, and Hub Drivers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inventory Management: Ensure that all aspects of the hard part inventory, hub standards, and presentation are maintained.
  • Logistics Coordination: Partner with the Inventory Manager to ensure all aspects of the hard part inventory, hub standards, and presentation are maintained.
  • Team Supervision: Direct the activities performed by the Hub Specialists, Order Pullers, and Hub Drivers.
  • Customer Service: Utilize ZNET to help customers locate merchandise or find suitable alternatives.
  • Quality Control: Conduct vehicle maintenance review daily and weekly per vehicle checklists.
  • Performance Monitoring: Review Hub scorecard with satellite store managers to achieve target goal and improve performance.
  • Adherence to Company Policies: Adhere to AutoZone dress code and maintain a Fill Rate Goal of 98.0%.
Requirements:
  • Basic Knowledge of Automotive Parts: Basic knowledge of automotive parts is required.
  • Excellent Communication and Decision-Making Skills: Excellent communication and decision-making skills are essential.
  • Ability to Work a Flexible Schedule: Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the business needs, including holidays, evenings, and weekend shifts.
