**Key Responsibilities:**

* Supervise and manage a team of technicians for the operation and maintenance of the Water Treatment facility.
* Monitor and manage the deployment of shift personnel to ensure appropriate staffing levels.
* Regularly report to the Utility Team Leader on work progress and issues.
*
* Monitor and improve the operational performance of the Water treatment facilities (UPW, Water Recycle, and Water transfer system) by conducting daily, weekly, and monthly management of performance (cost and quality).
* Analyze performance, identify improvement opportunities, and establish action plans.
* Prepare detailed performance reports and propose effective solutions for individual and improvement.
*
* Supervise day-to-day/routine preventative maintenance tasks on Water treatment system (UPW, Si-kerf Recycle, water transfer system).
* Oversee plumbing, piping, and mechanical parts installations, changes, upgrades, and repairs.
* Ensure that all preventative maintenance on Facilities equipment is performed according to the established schedule and SOP.
*
* Oversee budget formulation for UT facility operations, ensuring optimal allocation and utilization of resources.
* Monitor and Implement cost-saving activities to achieve KPI targets.

**Requirements:**

* Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in public or industrial water treatment, manufacturing, or related industry.
* Proven experience in leading and managing a team of technicians.
* Fluency in Korean is a plus.
