Job Title: Call Center Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our team. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls, providing exceptional customer service, and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Meet or exceed sales targets by upselling and cross-selling products and services
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Work collaboratively with the sales and customer service teams to achieve business objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and sales techniques to effectively sell products and services

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Windows operating system
  • Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words per minute)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous customer service or sales experience
  • Basic knowledge of sales techniques and product knowledge
