About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Pet Care Team Lead to join our team at Wag N' Wash. As a key member of our retail store team, you will be responsible for leading by example, ensuring team members comply with company policies and procedures, and providing exceptional customer service to our pet-loving customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead team members by example, embodying the company's values and promoting a positive work environment.
  • Ensure team members comply with company policies and procedures, as outlined in the Team Member Handbook.
  • Assign tasks and help team members manage their time effectively.
  • Place special orders, fill online orders, and notify customers when orders are ready.
  • Reconcile cash drawers and execute end-of-day reports.
  • Complete all assignments as directed by leadership.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of retail experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong sales and customer service skills.
  • Ability to climb ladders, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, have reliable transportation, and pass a drug screening (where allowed by law) and be 18 years or older.
