Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at LE002 Flagship Facility Services LLC. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our buildings and systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Electrical Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical systems, including troubleshooting and diagnosing issues.
  • Facilities Maintenance: Conduct general building maintenance, including repairs and maintenance of plumbing, HVAC, and other building systems.
  • Travel and Site Visits: Travel to multiple sites to perform maintenance and repairs, and to purchase necessary parts and materials.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and repair a wide variety of equipment, including pumps, valves, pneumatic controls, and electrical devices.
  • Emergency Response: Respond immediately to emergency situations and customer concerns.
  • Inspections and Evaluations: Inspect electrical distribution systems for safety and efficiency, and evaluate and make recommendations for upgrades and improvements.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent, and 3-10 years of experience in commercial facilities and building maintenance.
  • Technical Skills: Possess technical, vocational, or on-the-job training in electrical and HVAC, or a similar combination of experience and education.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Physical Demands: Constant use of hand and finger dexterity, occasional keying and typing, and frequent lifting and carrying of objects over 40 pounds.
Work Environment

The work environment includes a small-to-large work environment with moderate noise levels, exposure to dust, odors, oil, fumes, and noise. Safety glasses are required while performing certain tasks.
