We are seeking an experienced Behavioral Health Consultant to join our team and utilize the Primary Care Behavioral Health (PCBH) model to provide high-quality behavioral health services to our patients.
As a Behavioral Health Consultant with SOME, you will work closely with medical providers to assess and treat patients' behavioral health conditions, promoting integrated care and improving patient outcomes.
You will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients, many of whom face significant barriers to accessing quality healthcare.
This role requires a Master's Degree in Social Work, LICSW or LPC licensure, and 3-5 years of experience working in addiction treatment and mental health.
In addition to your clinical expertise, we value collaboration skills, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication with diverse audiences.
This position offers a competitive salary range of $95,160.00 - $100,638.70 per year, commensurate with experience.
