Qualifications:
No prior insurance experience is necessary. We are looking for enthusiastic candidates who are eager to learn and understand the importance of insurance and financial products in helping clients manage risks and achieve their goals.
- Bilingual in Spanish is required
- Ability to obtain Property & Casualty License
- Ability to obtain Life & Health License
- Preferred background in Sales
- Track record of meeting sales objectives is a plus
- Strong Communication Skills (written and verbal)
- Self-Motivated and Goal-Oriented
- Experience in Marketing is advantageous
- Ability to present effectively to potential clients
- Achievements in agreed-upon marketing initiatives
Compensation:
$20.00 - $28.00 per hour
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
