The Role:
This Escrow Assistant position will work in a dynamic, fast-paced setting, supporting our Escrow team in customer support and administrative duties. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for helping customers.
Responsibilities:
- Support the escrow process, including customer communication and document preparation.
- Work with multiple technologies to enable escrow transactions and provide exceptional customer experiences.
- Develop strong relationships with internal teams and external customers.
Requirements:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with 2+ years of escrow-related experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A problem-solver with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to thrive in a team environment, delivering beyond customer expectations.
- Knowledge of MS Office suite and ability to adapt to new software applications.
Compensation: $25.00 - $35.00 Hourly
