About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Development Manager to join our team at Model Group. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our real estate development projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans for new business lines and expansion markets
  • Conduct site suitability analysis and identify potential development opportunities
  • Assist in the preparation of funding requests, project proposals, and change orders
  • Coordinate with external teams, including architects, engineers, and consultants
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate development or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of real estate development principles, including deal structuring, financing, and partnership structuring
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
