Emergency Radiologist Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional Emergency Radiologist to join our team at the University of New Mexico Health Sciences Center. As a key member of our Emergency Radiology section, you will provide expert interpretation of CT, ultrasound, radiography, and MRI scans across various organ systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interpret imaging studies in Emergency Radiology, including CT, ultrasound, radiography, and MRI
  • Provide expert supervision to residents and fellows
  • Contribute to resident didactic education and engage in clinical research or other scholarly activities
  • Participate in multidisciplinary conferences and interdisciplinary activities with Emergency Medicine and Trauma/Acute Care Surgery colleagues
Requirements:
  • MD or equivalent degree
  • Able to obtain state licensure in New Mexico
  • ABR board certified or board eligible in Diagnostic Radiology
  • State of New Mexico Medical License (or eligibility)
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience or fellowship in Emergency Radiology, MSK, Neuroradiology, or Abdominal Imaging
