About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead, Software Engineer to join our team at Under Armour. As a key member of our Commerce and Marketing Technology team, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and delivery of high-quality technical solutions using the Salesforce Marketing Cloud Platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead technical architecture and design for features, providing technical guidance and performing code reviews.
  • Manage and distribute tasks to senior engineers and engineers contributing to Under Armour's Digital Marketing platform.
  • Support active projects and agile squads throughout the lifecycle, providing oversight and guidance on development objects.
  • Investigate operational requirements and seek effective business solutions through the design and implementation of technology solutions and/or business process improvements.
  • Proactively identify gaps and opportunities to improve existing functionality and lead the design process.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners and squads to deliver rich and sustainable marketing content and experiences for Under Armour's consumers.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree with typically 8 years of relevant experience or Master's degree with 6 years of relevant experience or typically 12 years of relevant work experience without degree.
  • 5+ years of experience developing in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Experience with SQL, JavaScript, and data transformation.
  • Proven experience in working and integrating with APIs and 3rd Party systems integrations (SOAP/REST).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills – able to identify, analyze, and propose solutions to various consumer, technical, and business issues.
