Job Overview

This full-time onsite role at our Lorton, VA location is part of our centralized training team under project leadership. We're seeking highly skilled Instructional Designers, Trainer II, and Trainer I to support CFTs and develop core curriculum guidance, training standards, implement best practices, and own the training process improvement/evaluation program for the organization.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the design and delivery of classroom and technology-based training programs
  • Develop separate training packages and syllabi for leaders, operators/analysts, maintainers, and network/system administrators
  • Provide training support to training exercises as required for fielded versions of the system
  • Collaborate with trainers, government stakeholders, contractor product owners, and development leads to understand training priorities and requirements based on recent PI and upcoming training milestones
Requirements
  • Clearance requirement: SECRET
  • Education: Bachelor's degree and 5+ years directly related experience or Master's degree and 3+ years directly related experience
  • Experience with DoD or NSA engineering projects is desired
  • Agile experience required
Estimated Salary Range

$85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience
