About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a sales representative in your local area. You'll be responsible for meeting with new and existing customers to discuss their lawn care needs and provide recommendations for our services. With a focus on building strong relationships and delivering exceptional customer service, you'll play a critical role in driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet with customers to understand their lawn care needs and preferences
  • Provide personalized recommendations for TruGreen's services
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and referrals
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
What We Offer

We offer a competitive compensation package that includes:

  • A guaranteed weekly base salary of $875-$1,200 per week (dependent on experience)
  • Average income potential of $50,000-$70,000 per year (based on commissions earned)
  • A comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance
  • Financial incentives and bonuses for meeting performance targets
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience in a sales or customer-facing role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A reliable vehicle for transportation to customer meetings
  • A valid driver's license and proof of insurance
