Job Description

The Senior Project Manager plays a pivotal role in the successful delivery of construction projects. This position is responsible for leading and developing high-performing teams to ensure each project is completed with the highest standards of quality, within the defined scope, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead strong, cohesive teams for each project, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes innovation, accountability, and high performance.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resources allocation, and budgeting, ensuring all phases of the project are executed according to plan.
  • Monitor all aspects of project execution to ensure high-quality standards are maintained. Implement quality control processes to identify and address potential issues early.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for clients, maintaining clear and consistent communication throughout the project. Ensure that client expectations are understood, managed, and met.
  • Define project scope and objectives, ensuring all team members understand their roles and responsibilities. Manage any changes to the project scope, schedule, or budget.
  • Proactively identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
  • Ensure all projects comply with relevant regulations, standards, and safety protocols. Promote a culture of safety within the team and on-site.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience with Project Management in a construction industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, business management, or similar field is preferred.
  • Proficiency with financial analysis (e.g., cost breakdowns, risk analysis, budget) and experience with cost, contract terms, and conditions, and profit decisions.
  • Thorough knowledge of regulatory compliance and industry standards.
  • Proven ability to foster teamwork and cooperation with diverse groups of employees.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.

Estimated Salary Range:

$120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
