Job Title: Construction Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Coordinator to join our team at Duet Build. As a Construction Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our projects by providing administrative support to our project management and field teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Set up projects on our server and in project management software
- Create templates per project
- Manage documentation for onboarding subcontractors
- Organize and print architectural and interior design files
- Assemble project binders and site documentation
- Create and track Work Orders and Change Orders as directed by the project management team
- Compose and distribute meeting minutes and provide support to the team as needed

Requirements:

- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 3-5 years of construction administration experience required
- High level of experience in the Microsoft Suite and Adobe Pro
- Experience with Job Tread, Builder Trend, ProCore or similar
- Strong skills in reading architectural and construction plans, including pulling square footages
- Ability to multi-task priorities at varying levels of complexity simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills
- Eagle-eye for attention to detail
- Capacity to receive and deliver construction feedback

Benefits:

- Salary range $60,000-$72,000 based on experience
- Accrued, paid leave as required by the State of Colorado
- Additional 2 weeks of paid vacation, 8 paid holidays, and Holiday R+R from Christmas Day through January 1st
