About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Engagement Account Executive to join our team at HH Global. As a key member of our account management team, you will be responsible for supporting the Account Director and Account Manager in developing and coordinating projects, and production through delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Support: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring all involved adhere to specified deadlines and budgets.
  • Project Coordination: Assist with project and creative briefs, gathering project requirements and managing production aspects on behalf of the client.
  • Vendor Management: Work with vendors on delivery timetables and maintain up-to-date assigned project status.
  • Financial Management: Prepare RFP documents to ensure all costs are captured and proper savings methodologies are applied.
  • Goal Tracking: Ensure goal tracking and achievement of SLAs and KPIs is consistent with client standards, contractual requirements, and internal KPIs related to operational efficiency.
  • Creative Development: Apply your knowledge of creative techniques to develop solutions for the client.
  • Business Development: Develop a strong working understanding of the client's business model and needs, and assist in developing a strategy to meet client business needs.
  • Relationship Building: Build trust and rapport with the client, fellow team members, agency partners, and suppliers.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay apprised of trends in the marketing/advertising space and advise as applicable to the client.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure strong quality standards are upheld, and HH Global's image is positively reflected in all work.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
  • Experience: 2+ years of combined experience in production and agency/design studio background.
  • Skills: Ability to build relationships with internal and external teams and leadership, excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to identify, interpret, and prioritize business requests, ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively, and proficiency with Microsoft applications, specifically Excel.
