Job Summary

The Debtdomain Client Success Team at S&P Global is seeking a highly skilled Client Engagement Manager to provide ongoing product support and best practice advisory to our clients. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with colleagues in other Market Intelligence business segments to drive product adoption, growth, and client retention.

Responsibilities and Impact

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to corporate clients, troubleshooting issues and navigating internally to quickly provide resolutions.
  • Identify client needs and communicate effectively with clients to ensure timely assistance and resolution of inquiries.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships while supporting S&P Global's software solutions, from scheduling reports to higher severity projects and client queries.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver marketing pieces and update knowledge base tools.
  • Utilize Freshdesk to track all client interactions and provide data-driven insights to improve client satisfaction.

Basic Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field.
  • Experience in account management, client success, or other client-facing roles.
  • Minimum 1-3 years' experience in capital markets, finance, investor relations, or a relevant field.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with a motivation to learn new applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and an outstanding customer service orientation.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • The ability to work well both independently and within a team.
  • The ability to work well within a fast-paced environment, handle high-pressure situations, and manage deadlines appropriately.
  • Fluency in French and German.
