Job Title: Vice President, Marketing

Nalu Medical, Inc is seeking a highly experienced Vice President of Marketing to lead our upstream and downstream marketing efforts. This role will be responsible for driving growth through strategic marketing objectives, positioning products and brands, establishing pricing, and building executional playbooks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company's business objectives and growth targets.
  • Oversee all marketing activities, including marketing communication, product marketing, market research, digital marketing, public relations, and customer marketing.
  • Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, providing strategic direction and mentorship.
  • Collaborate with functional departments to ensure effective product launches and market penetration.
  • Conduct market research and commercial data analysis to identify market trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
  • Develop and implement effective branding and positioning strategies to enhance the company's reputation and visibility.
  • Provide guidance on clinical claims and publication strategies.
  • Manage and optimize marketing budgets to ensure efficient allocation of resources.
  • Measure and analyze marketing performance metrics to assess ROI and identify areas for improvement.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences, tradeshows, and other events.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
  • Master's degree in business administration (MBA) preferred.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in senior marketing leadership roles within the medical device or healthcare industry.
  • Minimum of 10 years of people management experience.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
  • Experience interacting and building strong relationships with physician customers and KOLs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams.

Pay Range: $280,000 - $310,000 per year
