Transforming Healthcare for Seniors

We are seeking an exceptional Associate Market Clinical Director to join our team and help us achieve our mission of improving the health and well-being of the populations we serve.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Directly supervise and performance manage Clinical Directors within assigned markets
    • Ensure successful clinical operations and meeting/exceeding plan market earnings
    • Manage, mentor, and coach Medical Directors to deliver outstanding clinical outcomes
  • Talent Development
    • Oversee and facilitate talent development of PCPs, NPs, and Medical Directors
    • Lead facilitated practice, conduct 1:1s with direct reports, and execute leadership development plans
  • Clinical Operations
    • Cultivate a center-level physician culture aligned with ChenMed's core model, core values, and service standards
    • Assist Clinical COE in training of new practitioners
    • Participate in recruiting and interviewing PCP and specialist candidates
Requirements
  • MD or DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or similar specialty required
  • A minimum of 2 years' clinical experience required; 3 years preferred
  • Strongly prefer 1 year's previous experience as Medical Director or equivalent with a Medicare or Medicaid patient population
  • Board eligibility required; Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or similar preferred
  • Current, active license to practice medicine in State of employment
