Job Summary

The Regional Vice President of Account Management is a key leadership position responsible for driving net book growth within the regional and market segment. This role is accountable for the direct management of the Account Management team for the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee overall CSG Delivery
  • Provide day-to-day leadership and strategic direction
  • Develop and implement Strategic Account Plans
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Develop and execute renewal strategies
  • Consult with clients on referrals and other business opportunities
  • Stay informed on day-to-day servicing and wellness coordination
  • Lead the implementation of Client Solutions
Requirements
  • Exceptional understanding of insurance-related products and services
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory and compliance matters
  • Ability to develop multi-year overall benefits strategies
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and responsiveness
  • Strong ability to model financial implications from benefit programs
  • Ability to develop new and creative benefits solutions
  • Strong negotiation skills with carriers
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to form relationships with C-level clients
  • Ability to up-sell services to existing clients
  • Ability to negotiate with clients
  • Ability to work well in teams and lead client teams
  • Ability to mentor team members
  • Ability to effectively switch between clients and tasks
  • Advanced working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree or 10 years of relevant experience
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in account management services and support to clients of 100 lives or more
  • Minimum 15 years of experience managing Account Management teams
  • Appropriate Resident Life & Health License
