We are seeking a highly motivated Team Leader to join our dynamic team at Peak Support LLC. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of customer support professionals to achieve exceptional service levels and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance agent performance and drive business growth.
- Lead and manage a team of customer support professionals to achieve exceptional service levels and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Proven track record of achieving targets and enhancing agent performance.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to make sound decisions.
- Familiarity with call center tools and processes, with a sound understanding of best practices.
- Competitive salary range: $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.
