Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Team Leader to join our dynamic team at Peak Support LLC. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of customer support professionals to achieve exceptional service levels and quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in performance management, with excellent coaching skills and the ability to drive results under high-pressure situations. They will also possess strong analytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to make sound decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance agent performance and drive business growth.
  • Lead and manage a team of customer support professionals to achieve exceptional service levels and quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of achieving targets and enhancing agent performance.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to make sound decisions.
  • Familiarity with call center tools and processes, with a sound understanding of best practices.
