Day-to-Day Operations

Our team works closely with customers to build awareness and understanding of our program, using clear communication and regular updates. As a leader, you will support team members with hands-on training, ensuring they have the skills and confidence to excel. You will handle onboarding and offboarding processes, conduct one-on-one check-ins, and promote a culture of safety and compliance, fostering an environment where we all learn and develop.

Technology and Data Management

You will lead all aspects of these systems, driving improvements based on insights from key performance metrics. Together, we will review and optimize workflows, ensuring that every step we take aligns with our broader program goals.

Customer Success and Benefits

We provide excellent customer service, and you will be at the forefront of this mission. Serving as the primary point of contact, you will address inquiries, ensuring our support for media prep and inventory needs consistently exceeds customer expectations.
